Xariz
A rewards network for independent shops.
Customers earn reward credits at one local business and spend them as a discount at another. Every shop keeps its own brand, its own till and its own bank.
What we do
Large chains reward loyalty across dozens of locations. Independent shops cannot do that alone. Xariz is the shared layer that lets them do it together.
Earn where you shop
A customer pays the way they always do. The purchase earns reward credits in the background — nothing extra to carry, nothing to open at the counter.
Spend somewhere else
Those credits come off the bill at a different business in the network. One scan at the till and the discount is applied before payment.
Nothing else changes
Shops keep their existing card terminal, payment provider, pricing and software. No new hardware, no migration, no change of supplier.
How it works
A shop joins and sets its own rules — what it gives, and what it accepts.
Customers earn credits automatically as they shop across the network.
At another member shop, credits are redeemed as a straightforward discount.
We settle between the shops, so the one honouring the discount is reimbursed.
How it is built
Merchant-funded
Rewards are funded by the business where the customer shopped. No brand is paying for placement, and no shopper data is sold.
Credits are not money
Reward credits cannot be bought, topped up or cashed out. They exist only as a discount inside the network.
Never in the payment
Customers pay the shop directly, exactly as before. We are not a payment provider and we do not sit in the transaction.
Where we are
Xariz is in development. We are building the platform, working through the technical integration with payment providers and point-of-sale software vendors, and preparing a first local pilot.
If you run an independent business, build till or ERP software, or work in payments and this is relevant to you, we would like to hear from you.
